The Vertical Jump is used to determine athleticism and power. It’s also a tool used to help select and recruit athletes. The ability to jump vertically is critical to most sports, so it’s worth spending time to improve it.  This program covers essential exercises for training your Vertical Jump, and increasing quickness and overall athelticism.  We will measure verticals when we start and again when we finish.   We will meet once a week as a group, and then you will be asked to comlete the program at home on your own betwen meetings.
